AT SOME POINT
EVERYONE NEEDS HELP
We live in extremely turbulent times. We have never been so connected and yet we feel more isolated than ever. The current health, environmental, and humanitarian worldwide crisis has been making all of us start to question the way we live and relate to each other.
The result of so much uncertainty and instability is that more and more people are feeling anxious, discouraged, stressed, helpless and afraid.
Pain and suffering are a normal part of the human experience, but when they become too much, the support of a trained professional might be necessary. At some point everyone needs help.
Therapy can be seen as an exploratory journey into oneself, where patients have a chance to talk, listen, and, through a collaborative process, build meaning to their pain and their symptoms, possibly opening new routes to navigate life, despite the turbulences, with more enthusiasm and pleasure.
